A Land Technician is responsible for maintaining the undeveloped areas, walkways, and stairs and outdoor areas of a campus or corporate property. Primary responsibilities may the maintenance of hiking trails, walking paths, stairways, and forested areas of a property. When appropriate, assists in the design and development of new paths and trails. The Land Technician generally works independently; however, they may work with other facilities and grounds staff in order to accomplish daily and long-term goals.
